Inspections are conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 10 am – 4 pm and require a minimum of 24hrs notice.

Forms may be downloaded and filled out or printed and filled out, completed forms with the appropriate fee may be dropped off at Harvard Police Station during normal business hours (front desk)
