Permit applications must contain the following; DIG SAFE Number, Plot Plan of the house lot including the location of the house, tank, and property lines etc with measurements to the nearest property line and other significant landmarks. Underground propane tank installations require 24hrs notice to the Fire Prevention Office either via email (APerry@harvard.ma.us) or phone 978-391-5951. Tanks SHALL NOT be back-filled until an inspection is completed, failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the need for the tank to be dug up.
